“ I’ve visited Tsaocaa twice and it’s some of my favorite bubble tea in the St.Pete/Pinellas area. They make an amazing fruit tea (I haven’t tried their milk teas yet) they’re so flavorful and not overpoweringly sweet (unless you get 100% sugar) I also love the blend of popping bubbles & fruit! I can’t recommend this spot enough. The staff are always super nice and helpful. ”

“ Local hidden Gem almost passed this super clean very fun spot. Its hidden just of park blvd and has a little bit of an inconvenient pull around to park in the back. But over all you'd miss out if you didn't take the extra 2 mins to swing the loop. Cute little shope that offers delicious and fresh food and drinks. Simple menus yet many options. They've offered 2 forms of check out in store and online ordering as well. The dessert case is updated often and is absolutely delicious looking i can't wait to try them all. Weather, your coming in for a yummy tea and computer time, or friendly game with bah mi or bobba, you definitelywont be disappointed. They have provided many options for entertainment free of Charge. in the corner, or they offer a claw machine corner and even have some internal service machines. Bathrooms were clean and comforting. as well as the overall vibe just puts you at ease. Help make this small hidden popular so they stay around for years to come. Ps. “ It was reallly GOOOODDD, Lance and Malissa did an excellent job making sticky mango rice smoothie and green tea, it was like sugoi.the sticky rice soooo creamy and delicious, the green tea iced was sooooo refreshing it’s almost like I was back in my hometown Japan. Both Lance and Malissa were so nice!!!!! Def will be back!! ”

“ Got to try their new Matcha Banana Pudding Iced Latte. I love that the Matcha was strong and a lil hint of banana. I also like their durian and coconut smoothie with crystal boba. I even had their Bahn Mi. Both tofu and pork. Everything was a 10/10. Dog friendly. ”
